Dan, I bought a Delta dp3900 from Lowes, a bench top model.  I like 
it well.  It weighs about 75 pounds.  So, if you get a floor model, 
you may need help putting it together because they can weigh a 
lot.  Just picking up the head to put it on the column would be a 2 person job.
