hi if can access the condensation drain line you could pour about a cup of bleach in the line about once a month this will help keep it from growing mold in the pan and leep the line fresh and clean a air conditioner repair person told us of this last year after the line became clogged and was leaking down into the kitchen light fixture since we have been doing this we have gad no more problems I hope this helps
