Hi Larry and all, Since this is a follow up question to a list appropriate post
It should be allowed. The part that made the original post appropriate is:
Anyone who has done work of this type,
>please write as I'm sure there's much we don't know and would have
>effect on the things we do on a smaller scale.

The moderators will often give some leeway. I don't ever want to see this list
get like an owner of a list that I was a member for a few days. He would be
always screaming at people for what he thought was off topic even though many
thought some posts were were appropriate.
If/when this thread continues and is not on topic, I will stop it.

  Did I miss something?
Where does this fall in the realm of repairing, building, modifying,
  replacement recommendations, or constructing?

Hi where is this ship located?
I'd love to tour her sometime. How old is she exactly?
  Power plant?
