I agree with Lenny completely and as I set him to be a moderator personally he has my full confidence to carry out the duties to the best of his abilities. I have been running this list almost full time for over 3.5 years already and Don and I agreed that we both need some help especially during the day because I also manage 2 other rather large lists. We chose him for a very good reason and I am glad to say we made a fine selection to help out on here.
