That's clearer now. The only thing I can say is give it a try. You'd have to reduce down to a garden hose size which would increase the pressure in the water in the hose. ----- Original Message ----- From: Matt To: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com Sent: Sunday, June 29, 2008 8:59 AM Subject: Re: [BlindHandyMan] question sump pump
No no, what I was wondering, is is the sump pump would have enough power, to make a sprinkler work, the old kind which hook to a garden hose. I just mainly was looking for a way to use the water twice, instead of just once. As it is now, I fill the pool in the morning, and by evening, I empty it. But the water won't be any cleaner going back in. ----- Original Message ----- From: Matt To: blindhandyman@yahoogroups.com Sent: Saturday, June 28, 2008 9:55 PM Subject: [BlindHandyMan] question sump pump Hey ya, a small sump pump wouldn't have enough power to run a sprinkler would it? I just wonder about this, as it's summer around here and we're filling a kiddy pool for my kids every day and I emptied it tonight with a sump pump. Hate to just pour that water down the drain ya know.
