I guess just like Lowes and Home Depot, they got some good ones and some bad
ones.

Ron, I called the store where an employee answered. His attitude really
bothered me. He could have walked across the room and checked out the sales
  rack.

I ran into similar problem when I called during a night or weekend. I later
called during working hours for California where there are based and
explained my visual difficulity with the web site and the lady was very
helpful. I think you get real employers during regular hours and some kind
of outsourcing people during off hours.
Of course I could have just got lucky.

David, can you get the item number? I searched the site and could not
  locate
them. I found a set of 7 for around $30. I called the Harbor Freight store
and they were not helpful. They wanted an item number. I asked if they
  have
them available on a display shelf and again was told that I need the item
number. I was then told to go to the website. I told him that I tried that
and again was told that he can't help without an item number.
