Ah come on Tom, who needs distilling water when there's so much else to be distilled. grin Well in all seriousness, I have no idea what is removed from the water. I suspect it's not as bad as some would have us believe, but I'm also sure there's junk in the water that I really don't want to know about. After all even when it leaves the treatment plant, it travels through a lot of pipe before it comes out the tap.
