The name of the phone is the Owasys 22C. It, I believe, is manufactured in Spain, but does use english in the text-to-speech, when purchased in English speaking countries. Currently, it works on A T and T as well as T-mobile networks. Very blind-friendly phone! You can use it to, of course, make and receive phone calls, text message, and have complete access to all menus and contact lists. It is so nice to have main-streamed products which are accessible... But, nothing beats an appliance made specifically for blind people when it comes to ease of use. --Barry
