I'd go with good old plywood. You'll need a good size hole saw if you put a door on it. The hose has to come out somewhere. Hi, I am thinking of building a sort of closet around my dust collector. It probably stands 5 to 6 foot tall and I figured a covering of some sort would cut down on noise and dusty smell which escapes through the cloth bags on it.
