Radio shlock carries, sometimes, a variety of sizes, none of which 
is ever quite right, but some may do.  I think the measurement is supposed
to be the largest diameter of the earpiece over which the cushion is to fit?
But "Standards" What, the best thing that can be said
about that kind of standard is that there are so many to choose
from! <GRIN>
