well usually the bag would tell you if it should be wet or not. but since the concrete is wet I don't think it would matter.
but what I learned from messing withat problem don't mix that stuff or smooth it out with your bare hands as it will eat the skin right off. just fill the hole and smooth it with a piece of wood and there you go. Jim in Minnesota [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
