If you are talking about the processor fan, that just clips on. Make sure to get a little pack of grease to go between the fan and processor if it isn't in the box.
If you are talking about the other fan, that is in the power supply and that whole unit gets replaced together. You will have to know how many watts your supply is before getting a replacement.
