Claudia, Victor is correct. Unplug the router, wait, and plug it back in. On my router, I tracked down the problem to the fact that sometimes, it doesn't release the IP addresses that it allocates to your computers. After a while, it runs out of addresses and so no new connection can be made. Unplugging it clears the addresses and makes the router happy again.
