I'd get someone with sight to take a look at one of the sensors to see if it 
has a green light, if not green, the sensors aren't in line with one 
another.  When you manually open the door, is it easy to open and close? 
The reason I ask is if the door isn't balanced correctly, it will put a 
strain on the motor and stop, and you'll hear that clicking noise.  The only 
other problem I can remember having with mine is that little sprocket on the 
motor burning out.    Good luck.
