Get a couple of hooks and just use some big TapCon screws to fasten them to the wall. Make sure you drill into the brick or block and not the mortar joints.
You'll need a hammer drill, but the TapCons should come with the proper sized masonry bit. You should be able to find large Aluminum tubes bent into hooks for this purpose.
