Well, it is done. I had my son-in-law help. He is one of the maintenance managers for some nursing homes. He changed hundreds of them but non like this. The old ballast had 8 wires running to the light sockets. None of the colors matched. So together we came up that he could take the red wire and splice it to one end of the socket. then do the same with the blue for the other light. we then took the yellow and ran one to each of the other sockets and yes we have light. It is quite an interesting color hookup.
