FYI, I think they actually have... no... I know they have them, because I
bought one at ace hardware, but there are now small flexable plastic snakes,
which can feed down through even a sink drain and are long enough to make it
through the pea-trap. Should be small enough to do down these freezer drains
as well.

That happened to me and it took me forever to figure it out, but on mine if
you take out the basket drawer and then feel up the back you should eventually
run into a ledge that sits back just a little deeper than the wall. Mine had a
thin metal piece and I had to remove a few screws so I could get my hand back
there. Once you can get your hand on this ledge, there should be a drain hole
there. Mine was plugged and I just ran a coat hanger down through a few times
to make sure I cleared the drain and I haven't had a problem since. hope I was
clear enough and this helps.

  Aloha Brice,
You might want to check your seal and also check
to see if the drainage paths are clear. Since it
only seems to be on one side it makes me think
that maybe it isn't level and the drainage isn't working properly.
