Interesting, this goes in the direction of
  https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-extensions/issues/2
which I had considered "that ship has sailed". The spec landed

but I don't recall any implementations.
Will this be wired up to the "semantics" field?

It seems that choosing the output device is missing, that is a quite common
feature.
