Hi Divyansh, Thanks for the links, I think that the "meaning" in "allowed values and meaning" is supposed to imply that the same processing model and algorithm should be used. I do think it would be better if the SVG spec was more explicit, but that's practically an editorial concern.
If there is any difference at all between SVG <a> and HTML <a> in how these four attributes are handled I think that needs to be spec'd and tested, but if it's all the same then this seems straightforward.
