Specification
No information provided

Summary
Supports per-axis scroll snap area propagation and alignment for single-axis
scroll containers (eg, containers with overflow: auto clip;). When a snap area
specifies snap alignments on both axes, a single-axis scroll container consumes
only its scrollable axis and propagates the unconsumed axis up to find the
nearest ancestor scroller capable of scrolling in that direction.
