*Specification*
*No information provided*

*Summary*
Expose measurement data regarding speculative loads (preloads, prefetches
and prerenders) as part of a newly exposed `performance.getSpeculations()`
method. That would enable developers to measure the efficacy of various
speculative loading strategies and adapt them accordingly.

Does this intent deprecate or change behavior of existing APIs, such that
it has potentially high risk for Android WebView-based applications?

*Reason this experiment is being extended*
I'd like an extension for the trial for a couple of reasons:
* Some partners are just able to start experimenting now, and their input
would be valuable.
* For most of the trial, we had a very significant bug in navigation
reporting. The fix just landed in stable, so it seems worthwhile to
continue the experimentation.

Beyond that, since the milestone cadence changed mid-trial, The trial can
actually run until M158 before the initial 6 months run out.
