'side' isn't actually part of the published SVG WebIDL yet — it's a known 
gap in the spec, tracked at https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/1086.

Moving the shipping milestone from M156 to M158 because of this. Sorry for 
the confusion.

Submitted a PR to close the gap: https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/pull/1185. 
Will update here as it progresses.

Again, sorry that this didn't go as smoothly as planned.
