If I remember correctly run elinks --version and I think it will tell you what was used to compile it in terms of extras like spidermonkey.

Subject: for those who use elinks?

Hi all,
simple question, I hope.
Elinks is one of the advantages here at shellworld, or was until the Ubuntu change in the floor. For those who may use elinks under Ubuntu, is there a simple way to confirm if java script support has been enabled? Under Freebsd which we had before, it functioned, but the compiling required something extra I keep hearing spider monkey in my head, but that might not be correct.
In any case, is there a setting I can check?
Thanks,
Kare
