Quite possibly, as I was running the songs. Although I'm not the only person using the Internet at my location so the network definitely hasn't been completely quiet while those tests were running. There was probably Netflix/Youtube/Spotify traffic going while any of the tests have been running.
There should be a Run #5 for cake, fq_codel, and baseline (no SQM) available.
