#63: Bootstrap styles of ticket changelog not applied after AJAX preview

After applying patches implementing #50 , ticket change log (i.e. comments
and threads) looks like expected on load . Nonetheless once it's updated
later in order to preview pending changes , old markup and styles are
applied instead ...
... at the moment I don't know what's causing this ...
