r1424271 adds methods to generate schema based on the metadata of models
derived from {{{ModelBase}}} to match the form trac defines its schema in
{{{trac.db_default.schema}}}
r1424277 adds the {{{devfixture load <file>}}} and {{{devfixture dump
[file]}}} admin commands so to load and dump fixtures in a relatively
simple json form
