#334: Remove the obsolete AccountManager `password_file` option from the
`bloodhound_setup` script

-------------------------+-----------------------
The `password_file` option can removed from `bloodhound_setup.py` since it
is obsolete and has since been replaced by the `htdigest_file` option in
!AccountManager `0.4.0`. Since there was some thought given to forward
compatibility and the `htdigest_file` option is already populated, the
upgrade to 0.4.0 has gone smoothly and the change described here should
 result in no functional change.

The full list of !AccountManager changes can be found [http://trac-
 hacks.org/browser/accountmanagerplugin/trunk/README.update here]. It does
not appear that Bloodhound has been affected by any other changes.
