#386: Test product environment's href resolution

submitted for #355 implements an algorithm to generate the base URL of a
given product environment . It will be able to cope with [bep:0003#url-
mapping supported URL mappings] . This ticket is the continuation of that
work and is aimed at tracking the development of the corresponding test
cases .
PS: ... and add validation for invalid product URL patterns .
