Reply-To set to bloodhound-dev?
I don't think we get wiki change notifications out of the box so I will
look at both http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AnnouncerPlugin and
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/WikiNotificationPlugin to see how well those
work.
