Given that we are likely to have to understand installation of MySQL databases, even if we cannot recommend them, I have just updated the https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/wiki/BloodhoundInstall and https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/wiki/BloodhoundDetailedInstallation pages to begin to discuss them.

For the installer script itself, there would be a number of ways that we could add the ability for it to deal with MySQL. I would probably go with allowing the specification of the database connection string to override the PostgreSQL/SQLite questions.

Does that sound reasonable?
