We have had a new design for
dashboard/products/versions/milestones/components (and tickets) for a bit
and we could do with changing to the new form.

templates/product.html is the only fully converted reference template but
this specifies the general features that should be seen at each level.
Each of these views will have a list of tickets that focuses on the
specified level. The top level dashboard will show summary details of the
Products (when available), Versions, Milestones and Components. Each level
down will focus down, losing the summary of the level above (so Milestones
will be missing a list of Versions but will still have components).
