Hi,
With the new abilities added through #85 I have at least added a new
WikiStart page on environment creation using the bloodhound_setup.py script.
Would anyone like to check that it is appropriate?

r1360740 adds a Bloodhound WikiStart page on running the
bloodhound_setup.py - making use of the new ability to inhibit the initial
page creation from #85
