I'll assume then that we should also mention Genshi, Babel, jQuery UI and
jQuery Timepicker, and add those to NOTICE file for the next release.


I believe we can skip Genshi and Babel as they are not part of the release, being downloaded from elsewhere. Otherwise, that seems right. Good spot!
