you need to make sure your DNS is setup to point to the subdomains.

For the first time I have enabled sub-domains for my clients to setup
themselves.  However when they login and try to enable, it takes the info,
saves it, but doesn't create anything.  Is there some other option I am
missing that I need to enable?
