Greetings, Just wanted to pass on an idea that popped into my head, before it disappears: it would be cool and handy if the Failed Login History > Blocked Hosts screen had an input box and a button "Block this Host IP:". Perhaps a checkbox "Permanently block IP". When the admin enters an IP and clicks the Block button, that IP would be added to the currently blocked hosts.
Just like those IPs that have been automatically blocked by rules, the manually blocked host would be purged after the specified time period (unless the "Block permanently" checkbox was also selected). If a host was blocked "Permanently" then the admin would have to use the Unblock button to remove them from the blocked list. Same goes for the Blocked Users screen, with a "Block this User:" button.
