Older blue onyx versions had a script that deleted iptables rules every hour. 
Newer versions do not have this behavior. If you want rules that will activate 
at every boot, you can just put rules in a startup script, or use iptables-save 
and iptables-restore in a script.

The other option - get a copy of APF from the store - the rules it generates 
are far superior to rules generated by hand.
