Ok, checking now. VPS #100 reported a "PolicyToolkit-Violation" whenever Dovecot was restarted. That's one of these ridiculous Systemd issues. A process needs sufficient rights to use Systemd. And the PolicyToolkit regulates that. For some reason Systemd got the idea that Dovecot is not authorized to use Systemd. Hence the error message. A "vzctl restart 100" fixed that.
