It seems you may already have figured out what's wrong when you say:
When I stopped IPTables the controlpanel was reachable again and also
all the websites where.
But that worked for about 5 minutes than again no connection.
Apparently there is something in your firewall that is blocking your
connection. Are you using APF, dFix or anything else? I would
recommend looking there first.
