Hmmm ... seems to be APF.
If I disable APF all works fine. (
I have tried clearing the APF blacklist but no improvement.

Can resolve URL okay from CLI:
[root@neptune admserv]# dig newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au

newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au. 1454 IN A 203.26.211.2
Any thoughts.

Check it with your browser http://newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au - you will
see a message on screen. You can also use lynx to check it from your server. It
will respond with a 500 response code, but you will still see the same message.
