Is there a how-to for DKIM on 5209R ?
Using LUXSCI, I've generated the TXT records and keys but I'm not sure
how to sign the outbound e-mails.
Here is a HowTo for CentOS 7 that kinda looks OK:

If you want to sign outgoing emails via DKIM, then you need to install
and configure OpenDKIM, which that guide explains.
