Deployments of WebApps to Vsites are done here: "Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" & "Web Applications" ... or ... Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer" and click on the Vsite you want to deploy to, then select the WebApp to deploy. But ...
