Christian and S J, thanks for your replies. Let's say I have a full- width header which is to be 150px high.
Is best practice to assign an id of "header" and class of "span-24" then specify the height of #header in my css? (I wrote out the code which is much simpler to follow but Google Groups freaked out.)
