Blueprints are indeed a bright blue (sometimes black) to facilitate the visibility white chalk/pen lines. While this is a neat idea in theory to translate over to a website, the hue of the blue felt like it was jumping of the page. You end up noticing the background and not the content. Just my 2 copper :)
