Blue or white for background? Why not blue AND white? We could use a white background, and the showgrid image behind the main content, so that people would immediately see that everything falls down neatly on the grid.
The introduction text should explain that blueprint resets browser default styles, fixes a lot of IE bugs and makes laying out pages very easy. Likewise, I think we should reverse the order of items in the "New to Blueprint?" list. Documentation first, community second, bug tracker third. I'd remove the github link, normal users only need to download the archive and play with it. It might also be very convincing to show up front some of the html used (span-12, colborder, box and so on) together with the resulting rendering. Adding a navigation bar would be an opportunity for putting the tabs plugins forward (Download, Demo, Documentation, Tools, About). If you want, I can try writing what I have in mind? -- Goulven Champenois --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Blueprint CSS" group.
