Well I'm not sure if I've understood correctly, but when I print I do
want the url in the header or footer of the printed page.

But I thought browsers always took care of doing this. I just checked
on my linux box and printing from Firefox (under Options Tab) there is
Title and URL printed by default in the header, page number and date and
time by default in the footer. So would this style definition then
print the URL double??
