While I don't have the time to do this for you... all you should need
to do is compare the css used by the Milonic menus and make sure the
the classes used are unique. Then compare Melonic's styling of default
html elements and compare this to the styling of the default elements
in the BlueprintCSS files that you listed.

Alternately, you can use Firebug (on Firefox) to select the element of
the nav which is displaying incorrectly to determine which style
properties and values are being overridden.

Another way to do this is to include the Milonic styles after all the
other style sheets, and update all the rules to have greater
specificity.

As you make edits using these techniques, regularly view the results
in your browser to see the edits you made have fixed the issue.
