The move class is not necessary for pushing items up or down. Only the
lift-x and drop-x classes are intended for pushing items up and down.

Basically.... to move items up and down in any layout (fixed or
liquid) you can add these styles:
to move up => margin-top:-x
to move down => margin-top:x
