You learn a lot by looking at the demos and toying with firebug.

And reading the source code is the best way to know everything there is to
know about it. CSS should be readable enough to be comprehensible without
lengthy documentation.

But if you want to write a post listing things to know about blueprint page
structure and classnames, your input would be welcome.
