If you look at the main blueprint site, there is a pretty good demo of
redefining the .container.

Specifically, look at the bottom of:

http://blueprintcss.org/css/latest.css?v=3.1.0

By setting the .container to 750 px, you can create a 19 column page
that is 750 px wide.
