As I know ffmpeg is not LGPL completely. "FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). However, FFmpeg incorporates several optional modules that are covered by the GNU General Public License (GPL)" ( http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/legal.html).
